I have always had a special place in my heart for seniors. It was my grandfather who inspired me to apply to occupational therapy school. I am currently in my last year of my graduate program but am looking for some part-time care jobs. I am a certified nurse aide and have experience working in nursing homes, home health, and was a private caregiver for a woman with Parkinson's for over two years. I have been told that I have a calming presence and I'm extremely patient. My program also emphasizes geriatric care, dementia, and age-related disease processes. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to meeting you and hope that I can assist your family in this time of need.
